This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Fork, and you can stay the night at Jko Campground. Pickle Lake is a good place of normal rainfall; the month with most of the rain is July, and February is when it's the driest. Yep, outdoors fun things to do are really bountiful here at Pickle       Lake. The Valley River Trail offers hiking at its best. Napoleon Lake is a great lake right next door to Pickle Lake; dry warm beds await you at Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids. Throughout the warm months highs here at Pickle Lake get into the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 10's while the cold winter nights at Pickle Lake are in the-20's.
