If you are traveling by, why not stop by Pickerel Lake. That right there is a load already, but it carries on; Pickerel Lake has it all. Pickerel Lake is a brilliant spot to visit for more than one day, Pine Beach Resort RV Park is a brilliant spot to camp nearby, and a tremendous spot for whitewater paddling is Little Fork River. | | pop by Perch Lake since you're here; it's not far at all. Be careful coming to the Mesabi Range, you might not ever want to go back home again. C C Campground 717 is a glorious campground nearby, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Link Lake Trail.

beds await you at Hibbing Park Hotel, and do take a hike on the Snake Trail. At Pickerel Lake throughout the summertime months highs are in the 70's, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The wintertime
brings highs down to the 10's, and night lows in the-10's for Pickerel Lake. Pickerel Lake is one of the lakes here in the Mesabi Range.
