Summertime highs at Peterson Lake usually tend to be in the 70's, and the nighttime is quite chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are commonly in the 10's; after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Peterson Lake dip into the-10's. Not much rainfall falls here at Peterson Lake; June is the month that gets the most rain; February       meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Bemidji, Mn is a perfect site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Peterson Lake without first going for a hike along the Webster Lake Trail System, and Castle Highlands Golf Course is a golf course close by. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors amusing stuff the area next to Peterson Lake has to offer. Stay the night                  at Gull Lake Campground and Mobile, and since you're here, you could also take a look at pretty Pool Lake. There are plenty of people from Bemidji here at Peterson Lake; you can go for a hike on the Carter Lake Trail. Some great nature is available in Buena Vista State Forest; Turtle River Lake is a nearby lake that you could have a look at. There's so much to do here at Peterson Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Moens Birch Haven Campground is a great place for that, and going for a hike on the Meadow Lake Trail System is always a good adventure.
