Take a hike on the Cutfoot Sioux Trail; if you came for an overnight stay Cedar Point Resort is a tremendous place to camp. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things right next door to Pelton Lake. Wendigo Lodge Golf Conference is a glorious location to get some rest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Spur Lake Trail System, and       since you're here, you could also pop by lovely Horseshoe Lake. All through the long summer days at Pelton Lake temperatures are mostly in the 70's. Summer overnight lows drop down to the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 10's, and throughout the dark hours in the winter at Pelton Lake temperatures descend to the-20's. Pelton Lake is a good place of common precipitation; through July this area sees the most rain; the driest month is February.                  This lake is so wonderful.
