Onagon Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Sawbill Campground is a good local campground. Going for a hike on the Maraboeuf Lake Portage is always a glorious adventure, and if you came to camp Gunflint Pines is a tremendous site to do that. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water close by, Sea Gull Creek is a stream you can check out during your stay; close       by you locate the Gneiss Trail which is a good hiking trail. There are tremendous spots to explore along the Gneiss Lake Portage, and the slopes of Lutsen are so inviting noone can resist. Summertime highs at Onagon Lake commonly tend to be in the 70's while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 10's while Onagon Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's.
