I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a splendid time here at Ogren Lake. Wild Mountain is a very popular ski area nearby; Saint Croix National Scenic River is a delightful place nearby. Ogren Lake gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; the month with most of the rain is       June; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn, and playing golf is lots of fun at Chisago Lakes Golf Course. Through the warmest time of the year at Ogren Lake highs are mostly in the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. Highs all through the wintertime are usually in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Ogren Lake. Head up to Trollhaugen and strap some skis to your feet, and do take                  a hike on the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail. Not far from Ogren Lake, you'll locate Peterson Lake which is a wonderful lake, and whitewater paddling is pleasant on Apple River. A splendid place to camp here at Ogren Lake is Whispering Bay Resort; if you need a location to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CROIX VALLEY is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful.
