Perch Lake is a lake in close proximity, and Stonehill Regional Park is a perfect campground nearby. All through the summer months, highs usually are in the 80's at Oak Lake. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Oak Lake temperatures descend to the 0's.
