Go for a hike on the Valley River Trail, and a pleasant location to camp here at Nett Lake is Kabetogama Campground. Around Nett Lake you don’t get a lot of precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. There are good places to look at along the Holstrum Spur       Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Little Fork River.
