Summertime at Myrtle Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 10's with temperatures at Myrtle Lake dipping down into the-10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Myrtle Lake you can take a hike along the Eagle Scout Trail, and Chaney Point is in close proximity       and always great to explore. From a rainfall point of view Myrtle Lake is a reasonably normal place; the wettest month of the year is usually June, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month is February. Yeah, come here to Myrtle Lake for a magnificent time. On a great day at Myrtle Lake you can take a hike along the Desoto Trail.
