There's so much to do here at Murphy Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Town & Country Campground is a brilliant place for that. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Buck Hill, and you can stay the night at Town and Country Campground. From a precipitation point of view Murphy Lake is a quite common spot; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. Not far from       Murphy Lake, you'll discover Hanrahan Lake which is a delightful lake. While you're here at Murphy Lake you will meet lots of people from nearby Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, and an afternoon playing golf at Heritage Links Golf Club is always a bliss.
