Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at nearby Donut Lake, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Sugar Lake Trail System. Americinn - Pequot Lakes, Mn is a great site to get some rest. If you came to camp All Pine Inn Resort is a wonderful location to do that; not far from Mule Lake you'll come across Marion Lake which is a lovely lake. Mule Lake gets very little rainfall;       the wettest month of the year is typically June, that's the one that rains the most; February on the other hand is the driest. Summertime highs at Mule Lake typically tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's. Through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 10's; winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Mule Lake. This lake is so wonderful. People from Brainerd love to come to Mule Lake; there's some exciting stuff                  to distinguish at George Lake Dam in close proximity to Mule Lake. This is no site for people who don’t like to have fun. A journey to Plummers Point in the neighborhood of Mule Lake is always a wonderful idea; close by you stumble on the North Country Trail which is a good hiking trail.
