You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mule Lake has to offer, you can camp at Washburn Lake Campground, and good water scenery is available at George Lake Dam next to Mule Lake. For the duration of the summer months at Mule Lake highs are       frequently in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are mostly in the 10's while Mule Lake night low temperatures during the wintertime are in the-10's. Not much rainfall falls here at Mule Lake; June is when you get the most rain here while February is regularly the driest month. Lakes are glorious; Donut Lake is a lake that's next to Mule Lake, and there is a glorious hiking trail nearby called the Johnson Lake Trail System.                  Yeah, come here to Mule Lake for a glorious time. Plummers Point is not far from Mule Lake at all, and there are good places to look at along the North Country Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you're stopping by Mule Lake from Brainerd, you won't be the only one, and going for a hike on the Sugar Lake Trail System is always a delightful adventure.
