There's so much to do here at Mud Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cokato Lake Country Campground is a brilliant spot for that. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Mud Lake, and the overnight is fairly colder of course, regularly in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 10's with temperatures at Mud Lake dipping down into       the 0's during winter nights. Mud Lake gets a normal amount of annual precipitation; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most while February is typically the driest month. Skiing at Powder Ridge is one of those things you just have to do, and the friendly people of Hutchinson like to hang out close by.
