A delightful place to camp here at Mud Lake is Fischer Garden Mobile Park, and if you need a location to stay Fairfield Inn St. Cloud is a good choice. After a long day outdoors Super 8 St. Joseph/St. Cloud Area is a great place to spend a night or two, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Sauk       River. Mud Lake is a good spot of typical precipitation; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Be careful coming to Mud Lake, you might not ever wanna return back home again. Lakes? Sure, Pleasant Lake is in the vicinity, and why not camp at Rest-a-while Resort and Bar since you're here at Mud Lake. Summertime highs at Mud Lake generally tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it                  plunges down to the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 10's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Mud Lake temperatures plunge to the-10's. There are other spots here than Mud Lake, for example Rockville Lake. This lake is so wonderful.
