There's so much to do here at Mud Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Cozy Corner Campground is a splendid place for that. Country Inn & Suites By Carlson Albany is a brilliant place to get some rest; if you came to camp George H Haag Campground is a pleasant place to do that. You're sure to bump into some friendly people from St. Cloud here, and golf can be played at Rich-Spring Golf       Club. A normal amount of rainfall falls here at Mud Lake; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month is February. This lake is so wonderful. Powder Ridge is a pleasant local ski area, and taking a little tour to nearby Krons Bay is a good idea. All through the warmest time of the year, highs generally are in the 80's at Mud Lake. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. During the wintertime highs are frequently in the                  10's, and night lows in the-10's for Mud Lake.
