A common amount of rain falls here at Mud Lake; during June this area sees the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. While you're here at Mud Lake you should have a look at Little Pokegama Bay, and unsurprisingly, this is a good area for people who like lakes, Spirit Lake is a lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Duluth-South is a fine       site to get some rest, and Mud Lake is not far at all from Duluth. If only every site had this much outdoors fun things, what a great planet it would be. Dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inn Duluth Spirit Mountain, and a great site to camp here at Mud Lake is Indian Point Campground. Lakes are great; Mogie Lake is a lake that's close to Mud Lake, and there's whitewater on St. Louis River for all you adrenaline people. Through the summer months at Mud Lake                  temperatures are typically in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; during the dark hours in the winter at Mud Lake temperatures descend to the-10's. Red River is in the vicinity of Mud Lake and is always a joy to go to; there are some great whitewater spots on Black River. While you're here at Mud Lake you can play some golf at Grandview Golf Club; camping at Skyline Terrace is always a fine experience. This lake is so wonderful.
