Super 8 Perham is a great place to get some rest, and Golden Eagle Campground is a wonderful campground nearby. Not much rain falls here at Mud Lake; June is when you get the most rain here while February is generally the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Do go to Schuster Lake near Mud Lake, it's a       beautiful lake; if you came for an overnight stay Rose Shores Campground is a great place to camp. Just can't get enough of Mud Lake. Through the summertime months here at Mud Lake, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. For the period of the wintertime highs are generally in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Mud Lake.
