Mud Lake is a beautiful lake in the Mesabi Range. Having a good time in the Mesabi Range is painless. Mud Lake is right by the Skeeter Lake Trail System, and if you came to camp Swan Lake Resort is a good location to do that.       Now, you may assume that's plenty but there's even more fun stuff to do here at Mud Lake. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at close by Bass Lake, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Wilson Lake Trail. An average amount of precipitation falls at Mud Lake; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Swan Lake Country                  Club is a tremendous golf course close by; if you need a place to stay Budget Host Inn Grand Rapids is a good choice. But wait, there's more enjoyable stuff to do in the Mesabi Range. Not far from Mud Lake, you'll find Spring Lake which is a lovely lake, and hiking along the Wasson Lake Trail is nice fun.
