If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great earth it would be. After a long day outdoors Nisswa-Days Inn is a nice spot to spend a night or two; Arrowhead Lake is a nice lake close by. Mud Lake is a good location of typical rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. Stay the night at Highview Campgrounds, and why not take a little spree to Spring Brook       while you're here. Going for a hike on the North Country Trail is always a nice adventure, and you'll meet a lot of people from Brainerd here. This lake is so wonderful. Near Mud Lake you discover the Goose Lake Trail System which is a magnificent hiking trail, and Irish Hills Golf Course is a golf course close by.
