If you came to camp Kozy Oaks Kamp is a fine place to do that, and golf can be played at North Branch Golf Course. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by close by Horseleg Lake; dry warm beds await you at Budget Host Inn-Stes N. Branch. Mud Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Rush Haven Resort is a pleasant local campground; whitewater paddling is brilliant on Snake River.       This lake is so wonderful. There's tremendous hiking along the Sunrise Ferry Hiking Trail, and if you need a place to stay Americinn - North Branch, Mn is a perfect choice. An average amount of precipitation falls at Mud Lake; most of the rain falls during June, and the driest month of the year is February. Just can't get enough of Mud Lake. High temperatures at Mud Lake during the summertime are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad chillier of course,                  typically in the 50's.
