Why not stop by Mud Lake if you're passing through these parts. Through the days of summer at Mud Lake highs are frequently in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Mud Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at 59ER Motel; since you're here you can play some golf at Ironman Golf Course.

| | Legion Campgrounds is a brilliant location to do that, and a wonderful lake like Floyd Lake is a tremendous place to take a look at. At Mud Lake you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest. There's so much to do here at Mud Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Lind Campgrounds is a pleasant place for that, and Super 8 Motel - Detroit Lakes is a glorious place to get some rest.
