Do explore Leo Lake in the vicinity of Moss Lake, it's a lovely lake, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the South Lake Portage. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Devil Track River, and Super 8 Motel - Grand Marais is a tremendous location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Cascade River; Gateway-hungry Jack Lodge       is a magnificent local campground. Pewee Lake is a nearby lake that you could visit; Moss Lake is a great location to visit for more than one day, East Bearskin Campground is a great location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Moss Lake is a good site of normal rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This place, Moss Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors fun stuff.
