Sure, Pickerel Lake is nearby. After a long day outdoors Americinn Annandale is a tremendous location to spend a night or two. Head up to Powder Ridge and strap some skis to your feet. There's so much to do here at Moose Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Timberwoods Resort & Campground is a glorious location for that. Fairhaven Dam is an out of the ordinary       thing to check out. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Moose Lake has to offer, you can camp at Rest-a-while Resort and Bar. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this location. Dry warm beds await you at Americinn - St Cloud, Mn; you'll meet a lot of folks from Hutchinson here. Moose Lake gets a normal amount of precipitation; June is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater                  paddling is wonderful on Mississippi River; Lake Francis is a great lake close by. For the duration of the long summer days here at Moose Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 80's; the overnight is somewhat cooler of course, ordinarily in the 60's.
