Minnow Lake is a location that is quite dried up mostly; throughout the month of June you get the most rain around here, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. This is a nice vicinity for people who like lakes. Arrowhead Lake is a lake close by, and dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites MOUNTAIN IRON (VIRGINIA). to camp here at Minnow Lake is Vermilion Motel and RV Park, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Vermilion River. So many enjoyable things to do in the Mesabi Range, not enough time. Little Fork River has a fine whitewater paddling
spot close by; why not take a refreshing hike along the Taconite Trail. The Mesabi Range scenery is always beautiful. There's no way someone can get bored here in the Mesabi Range.
