Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Mankato, and Minneopa Golf Club is a golf course nearby. A fine site to camp here at Mills Lake is Cedar Grove Camp Ground; folks from Mankato-North Mankato love to come here. For the duration of the summer here at Mills Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down       into the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Mills Lake. Really nice skiing awaits you at Mount Kato, and some of the water nearby flows, like Watonwan River. This is a nice neighborhood for people who like lakes. Loon Lake is a lake in the vicinity, and Mills Lake is great enough to spend more than a day at, Shady Oaks Campground is a great local campground.
