All through the summer months highs here at Miller Lake get into the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 10's; nighttime lows at Miller Lake during the winter frequently drop into the-10's. Float down the rapids of Kettle River in a kayak;       a lake close by is Lac Lake. If you're here at Miller Lake, you could go to Annamahasung Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Miller Lake has to offer, you can camp at Big Lake Resort. The smiling folks of Duluth like to hang out close by. This lake is so wonderful.
