If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Middle Lake. Johnson Bay is not far from Middle Lake at all. Middle Lake is near Middle Lake Dam which is a pretty place positively worth taking a look at; after a long day outdoors Super 8 Motel - Mankato is a great site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Middle Lake is a magnificent site to camp, Cedar Grove       Camp Ground is a magnificent site; Middle Lake is not far at all from Mankato-North Mankato. If you need a place to stay Super 8 Motel is a nice choice. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Middle Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shady Oaks Campground. All through the months of summer here at Middle Lake, high temperatures commonly reach the 80's while nighttime lows are usually in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are mostly in the 20's,                  and night lows at Middle Lake during the winter mostly dip into the 0's. Really fine skiing awaits you at Mount Kato, and there are other places here than Middle Lake, for example Middle Lake.
