There are pleasant locations to explore along the North Shore Snowmobile Trail; Micmac Lake is a magnificent place to visit for more than one day, Silver Bay Koa Kampground is a magnificent place to camp nearby. Throughout the summertime here at Micmac Lake, high temperatures usually reach the 70's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in       the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Micmac Lake. There are other places here than Micmac Lake, for example Nipisiquit Lake, and Tetagouche Lake Campground is a splendid campground nearby. After a long day outdoors Grand Superior Lodge is a nice location to spend a night or two, and Tetagouche Lake is a tremendous lake close by. This lake is so wonderful. A tremendous nearby hotel is Americinn Silver Bay, and Baptism River is a magnificent                  whitewater spot nearby. The amount of rainfall that falls at Micmac Lake is close to the national average; June is the wettest month with most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This place, Micmac Lake, it just has so much outdoors fun stuff.
