From a rain point of view Mazaska Lake is a quite common spot; throughout the month of June you get the most rain around here; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Mazaska Lake has to offer, you can camp at Shady Acres Resort and Campground, and if you've had enough of Mazaska Lake, Shields Lake is close by. If you       need a place to stay Select Inn Faribault is a fine choice; after a long day outdoors Faribault Days Inn & Suites is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. Mazaska Lake is a perfect place to visit for more than one day, Bulrush Bay Resort is a perfect place to camp nearby; the nice folks of Faribault-Northfield like to hang out close by. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do close to Mazaska Lake. Really tremendous skiing awaits you at Buck                  Hill; Mazaska Lake is not the only place close by, French Lake is a close by lake. Summer at Mazaska Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 50's.
