There's whitewater on Big Fork for all you adrenaline junkies; you're probably addicted to lakes, Rat Lake is one of those close by. Any time is a brilliant time at May Lake if you adore the outdoors. Hiking is a popular thing to do around May Lake; Wilson Lake Trail is a glorious local trail. A typical amount of rain       falls here at May Lake; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month of the year is February. Why not camp at Jko Campground since you're here at May Lake; perhaps you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Napoleon Lake is just a very short distance away.
