Marvin Lake is generally a relatively arid place; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain; February is the month with the least moisture. Springsteel Resort is a great campground nearby, and a good close by hotel is SUPER 8 MOTEL - WARROAD. At Marvin Lake during the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the       50's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 0's while Marvin Lake overnight low temperatures all through the winter are in the-20's. After a long day outdoors Americinn - Roseau, Mn is a delightful location to spend a night or two. If you came for an overnight stay Bemis Hill Campground is a glorious site to camp, and going for a hike along the Bednar Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area.
