This lake is so wonderful. The wonderful people of Faribault-Northfield like to hang out close by; Heritage Links Golf Club is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. At Hilgenberg Pond Dam in close proximity to Marion Lake there are some out of the ordinary things to see. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Marion Lake has to offer, you can camp at Town and Country Campground. Summertime highs       at Marion Lake commonly tend to be in the 80's while overnight lows are typically in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's, and overnight lows at Marion Lake during the wintertime mostly dip into the 0's. Lakes? Sure, Orchard Lake is in the neighborhood, and Kingsley Lake is a good lake close by. The slopes of Buck Hill are so inviting noone can resist. There's so much to do here at Marion Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Town & Country                  Campground is a magnificent place for that. A visit to Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is recommended; Comfort Inn Lakeville is a nice site to get some rest. This place rocks, just explore all the enjoyable stuff to do right next door to Marion Lake. Gotta ski!
