Going for a hike on the Pine Portage is always a great adventure, and if you've had enough of Manymoon Lake, Rice Lake is close by. Americinn - Tofte, Mn is a magnificent site to get some rest, and there is a splendid hiking trail close by called the Rib Lake Trail. This lake is so wonderful. A brilliant close by hotel is Caribou Highlands Lodge, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Honeymoon       Trail. There's whitewater on Temperance River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and you're possibly interested in lakes, Missouri Lake is one of those close by. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Manymoon Lake. There are some great whitewater spots on Poplar River, and Poplar River Campground is a glorious campground nearby. Lutsen is a great local ski area, and you can stay the night at Crescent Lake Campground. This                  lake is so wonderful. Manymoon Lake gets a normal amount of rain; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Through the warmest time of the year highs here at Manymoon Lake get into the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures fall down into the 50's.
