Sure, Wolf Lake is in the neighborhood. If only every site had this much outdoors enjoyable stuff, what a great planet it would be. Spirit Mountain has nice slopes and a friendly staff. Throughout the warmest time of the year at Maheu Lake highs are typically in the 80's, and the nighttime is fairly colder of course, generally in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's with winter       lows in the-10's overnight here at Maheu Lake. There's so much to do here at Maheu Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Gafvert Campground is a fine place for that, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Maheu Lake; Markville Snowmobile Trail is a magnificent local trail. From a rainfall point of view Maheu Lake is a rather typical site; of all the months in a year June is the one with the most rain; February is the month with the least moisture. This                  lake is so wonderful. There are other sites here than Maheu Lake, for example Delong Lake. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Maheu Lake has to offer, you can camp at Oak Lake Campground & Recreational Vehicle Sales.
