You'll need more than a day to look at everything Lower Pauness Lake has to offer, you can camp at Sioux River Campground, and Upper Pauness Lake is a tremendous lake close by. Some of the water nearby flows, like Jeanette Creek, and Pine Ridge Motel is a wonderful location to get some rest. The amount of rain that falls at Lower Pauness Lake is close to the national average; during June this area sees the most       rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Lower Pauness Lake. There's so much to do here at Lower Pauness Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Jeanette Campground is a perfect place for that, and Devils Cascade is a magnificent local attraction.
