This lake is so wonderful. Shakopee Valley RV Park is a good local campground; you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Buck Hill if you're here. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Lotus Lake. From a precipitation point of view Lotus Lake is a relatively common spot; the wettest month of the year is mostly June, that's the one that rains the most; February is the month with the least moisture.
