A glorious place to camp here at Lost Lake is Whispering Pines Campground, and there's good hiking along the Giese Truck Trail. For the duration of the summer months at Lost Lake highs are regularly in the 80's. For the period of the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. All through the winter highs are in the 10's, and winter nights come with lows in the-10's to Lost Lake. Why not       camp at Big Sandy Camp since you're here at Lost Lake, and don't leave Lost Lake without first going for a hike along the Herubin Truck Trail. The yearly rain here at Lost Lake is about average; June is when you get the most rain here, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful.
