Mississippi National River & Recreation Area is a magnificent spot close to Long Lake, and picturesque scenery and great skiing is what you acquire at Wild Mountain. Paddling on Vermilion River is so much fun, and why not spend some time golfing at a nearby golf course like Applewood Hills Public Golf Course. Long Lake is a good spot of normal rain; June is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Lakes are such calm sites, why not have a look at Lily Lake near Long Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn And Suites By Carlson Stillwater. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. All through the warmest time of the year at Long Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. Throughout the wintertime highs are frequently
in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Long Lake. But wait, there's more to do right next door to Long Lake. Stay the night at St Paul East KOA, and what would winter be without some skiing at Afton Alps.
