Summertime highs at Long Lake frequently tend to be in the 80's, and the nighttime is rather chillier of course, mostly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 10's; nighttime lows at Long Lake through the winter ordinarily dip into the-10's. Having a fine time at Long Lake is trouble-free. Feldges Lake is a good lake next to Long Lake,       and you'll meet a lot of folks from St. Cloud here. There are other sites here than Long Lake, for example Crooked Lake, and why not camp at A-J Acres Campground while you're here at Long Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ST. CLOUD, and whitewater paddling is perfect on Sauk River. The amount of rain that falls at Long Lake is close to the national average; June is the month that gets the most rain                  while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
