This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a delightful little spree to Silver Creek, and if you've had enough of Long Lake, Wolf Lake is nearby. Long Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Cokato Lake Country Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Best Western Victorian Inn is       a fine spot to get some rest. A golf course close to Long Lake is Cokato Town & Country Club, and if you came to camp Collinwood Lake Park is a fine place to do that. So much exciting stuff to do here at Long Lake, too fine to be true. Long Lake is not the only place close by, Maple Lake is a close by lake, and you can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Powder Ridge. Through the summer at Long Lake temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's. Summer                  night lows sink down to the 60's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 20's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Long Lake temperatures drop to the 0's.
