Sure, O'Donnell Lake is in the neighborhood. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Big Fork, and hiking along the Wilson Lake Trail is good fun. Long Lake gets a typical amount of annual precipitation; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Jko Campground, and if the       weather is tremendous, you can go for a hike along the Skeeter Lake Trail System. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the neighborhood of Long Lake. Going for a hike along the Wasson Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. Thistledew Campground is a brilliant campground nearby, and Bass Lake is a great lake nearby. Through the days of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Long Lake, and the night is somewhat chillier                  of course, usually in the 50's.
