All through the summertime months, highs frequently are in the 70's at Little Wasson Lake. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 10's, and nighttime lows in the-20's for Little Wasson Lake. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place! The Mesabi Range is excellent!       If you came for an overnight stay Jko Campground is a good spot to camp; do pop by Wasson Lake, it's a beautiful lake. This lake is so wonderful. There are splendid sites to explore along the Valley River Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Country Inn By Carlson Grand Rapids. This lake is one of the great places here in the Mesabi Range. That right there is a lot already, but it goes on; Little Wasson Lake has it all. The annual precipitation here at                  Little Wasson Lake is about average; July is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February.
