Have a good hiking adventure along the Echo Trail. There's so much to do here at Little Trout Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Lake Jeanette Campground is a fine location for that. At Little Trout Lake throughout the days of summer highs are in the 70's. During the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 40's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 10's; through the dark hours in the winter at Little       Trout Lake temperatures sink to the-20's. Now, you may assume that's heaps but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Little Trout Lake. Hiking along the Canfield Portage is nice fun. Little Trout Lake is a good spot of common rainfall; June is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest of the months is February. After a long day outdoors Lodge At Giants Ridge is a splendid spot to spend a night or two, and going for a hike along the Beatty                  Portage will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region. This lake is so wonderful. Little Trout Lake is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Mc Kinley Park Campground is a pleasant local campground, and Vermilion River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot close by.
