If you need a spot to stay Walleye Inn Motel is a tremendous choice; going for a hike on the Elmwood Island Trail System is always a great adventure. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail near Little Lake called the Lost '40' Trail; a scenic lake like Dark Lake is a fine site to go to. Little Lake is a location that is reasonably dried up commonly; June is when you get the       most rain here while February is commonly the driest month. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Little Lake. Once the sun is down it plunges down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 10's with temperatures at Little Lake dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. Be careful coming to Little Lake, you might not ever want to go back home again. Dark and Little Lakes Project Dam Clear has good water scenery                  and it's next to Little Lake. Noma Lake Campground and Picnic Area is a splendid campground nearby, and you'll locate a striking lake called Clear Lake.
