If only every location had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would be. There's so much to do here at Little Island Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Stony Brook Campground is a pleasant place for that, and get dripping wet paddling on Big Fork. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Little Island Lake has       to offer, you can camp at Thistledew Campground, and there is a good hiking trail close by called the Wilson Lake Trail. Lakes are brilliant; Candy Lake is a lake that's in the vicinity of Little Island Lake, and the Holstrum Spur Trail is a good hiking trail close by. Little Island Lake gets a normal amount of annual rain; through the month of June you get the most rain around here while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
