If you come at the right       time of year, Sauk River offers some great whitewater, and you'll hit upon a charming lake called Twin Lake. High temperatures at Limestone Lake during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are mostly in the 10's, and night lows at Limestone Lake through the winter frequently fall into the-10's. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Silver Springs Golf Course,                  and a fine location to camp here at Limestone Lake is Travelers Country Club 2.
