Lake Leo gets very little rainfall; most of the rain falls during June, and January on the other hand is the driest. Throughout the long summer days here at Lake Leo, high temperatures commonly get into the 80's; through summer nights temperatures are in the 60's. Daytime highs through       the winter are in the 20's; throughout the dark hours in the winter at Lake Leo temperatures drop to the 0's. Dakota Magic Casino & Hotel is a great spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Leo is not the only spot close by, South Rothwell Lake is a close by lake, and while you're here and you like golf, you can stop at Graceville Golf Club.
