Get wet paddling on Cascade River, and why not head up to Lutsen and strap some skis to your feet. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Leo Lake. Have a perfect hiking adventure along the Long Portage, and Leo Lake is right by the Stairway Portage. Summertime highs at Leo Lake usually tend to be in the 70's; all through summer nights temperatures are       in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are mostly in the 10's while Leo Lake overnight low temperatures during the winter are in the-10's. If you need a place to stay East Bay Suites is a wonderful choice; East Bearskin Campground is a tremendous local campground. A common amount of rain falls here at Leo Lake; the wettest month of the year is regularly August, that's the one that rains the most; the driest of the months is February. Why not                  camp at Gateway-hungry Jack Lodge if you're here at Leo Lake; dry warm beds await you at Super 8 Motel - Grand Marais. This lake is so wonderful.
