After a long day outdoors Lodge At Giants Ridge is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two, and you can stay the night at Gilbert Sherwood Forest. Leaf Lake is a nice place to visit for more than one day, Sherwood Forest Campground is a nice place to camp nearby, and Eveleth Super 8 Motel is a delightful place to get some rest. Leaf Lake gets a common amount       of rain; June is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is February. Summertime brings highs in the 70's to Leaf Lake. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 10's with winter lows in the-10's overnight here at Leaf Lake. Playing golf is lots of fun at Eshquaguma Country Club, and Leaf Lake is not far at all from Duluth. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Leaf Lake; Taconite                  Trail is a great local trail; Leaf Lake is not the only site close by, Gill Lake is a close by lake. This place, Leaf Lake, it completely has so much outdoors exciting stuff.
