After a long day outdoors Arrowwood Resort And Conference Center is a pleasant place to spend a night or two, and Laura Lake is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, Mount Carmel Family Camp is a glorious site to camp nearby. Laura Lake gets a typical amount of rainfall;       the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most; the driest month of the year is February. While you're here at Laura Lake you have to go to Government Point, and skiing at Andes Tower Hill is one of those things you just must do. Through the long summer days at Laura Lake highs are typically in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's.
