A fine close by hotel is Alexandria-Days Inn; Lake Latoka is a great site to camp, Viking Motel is a great site. If you need a location to stay Super 8 Motel - Alexandria is a nice choice, and playing golf is lots of fun at Arrowwood Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. Lake Latoka is not far at all from Alexandria, and do check out Brophy Lake Dam if you're here. And that's not all you can do here       at Lake Latoka. Andes Tower Hill is a great local ski area. Throughout the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Lake Latoka. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 10's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Lake Latoka temperatures sink to the-10's.
